We really, really enjoyed it and would highly recommend it. We may have seemed quiet but we were having a lot of fun. Just two pieces of feedback we have: 1) The recipe on the website said to boil the potatoes. The pdf said to avoid boiling and to only steam or roast. It'd be great if they had the same info to avoid confusion. 2) I wish we would have had some warning to keep the potatoes hot before class. Some of us cooked them in advance and they were already cold or getting cold because we didn't know they had to be hot :) Other than that, it was really great and we all loved Alessandra's explanations and energy! Thanks on behalf of the whole team!!
