Onsite.fun is a platform for companies and virtual teams to find and book curated online activities. We believe that the future of work is remote and like us, lots of teams are now remote and working from different geographies and spaces. Onsite is the perfect space to bond with your colleagues and enjoy fun activities together.

Our booking experience is designed to make your decision process as easy as possible. We only ask you to send the following details: team size, date, and timezone. We then confirm the reservation and booking details. And you are set to go!

We use Zoom. Zoom is a third-party cloud platform for video conferencing and can be used on desktop computers, tablets, and mobile devices. Just click on the provided link and begin the activity.

Most of our listings are limited to 100 people. But if there's an activity that really catches your eye, get in touch! We have organized many *customized* events together with our vendors for very large groups. We can also help put together *combos* with a few different events so that you can split your large group into smaller ones. We know planning events for a large group is a lot of work. Don't worry - we are here for you!

Free cancellation within 24 hours of booking confirmation, up to 24 hours before the event start time. After that, cancel up to 7 days before the event and get a full refund, minus the booking fee. Read more in our. Booking Terms & Conditions or contact us via email.

Even though online activities could be large. We usually recommend you to keep the group sessions below 30 attendees. Why? We want to ensure conversations are fluid and the host can run their activity with optimal conditions.

All virtual events on OnsiteFun are hosted on Zoom, by default. However, you are welcome to use other video conferencing software (such as Google Meet, Microsoft Team, GoToMeeting, Skype, etc), as long as you can provide us with a meeting link. You can simply select the video software on your dashboard.
