Guided Breathwork (Education + Experience)
The purpose of the Breath Education Experience is to learn the basic underpinnings of how breathing affects our internal state and is an underutilized resource on the path to wellness. The way we breathe sends a message to our brain and nervous system, this can be a message of anxiety and stress or balanced perspective. It is often assumed that because breathing is automatic, we need not pay it any attention. However breathing is the only system in the body that is both automatic and under our control, and it is when we take control that we can make powerful changes to mind and body.
The Breath Education Experience is a time efficient way to energise employees and give them techniques to deal successfully with stress. The practices covered provide employees with real time tools to monitor and adjust their internal state, allowing them to reduce stress and anxiety, increase energy, improve focus and concentration, and find balance. Expect a more cohesive, expressive and confident team.
In addition to providing employees with the tools to self regulate, a group breathing session is also an extremely effective way to strengthen the connection between team members. When a group breathes together, with intention, they come to the same page, assisting with decision making, problem solving, and planning.
