In the early 2000's I witnessed the birth of the American bean-to-bar movement and took a deeper dive into the growing community of craft chocolate makers, getting more experience in all matters related to the industry. I am a graduate of École Chocolat's Mastering Chocolate Flavor Program and the Institute of Culinary Education's bean-to-bar chocolate making class. I also am a certified Chocolate Taster from the International Institute of Chocolate and Cacao Tasting. As such, I am thrilled to welcome all chocolate lovers and adventurers into my tasting classes.
