We all know how hungry we get after an intense day at work. Either being at the office or your own place, food is a priority for our mind and body to work. Turn your boring cooking reccepi to the next level with a Gnocchi Party for your team and spend some time cooking. Make the classic pillow and soft gnocchi with a delicious creamy sauce all from scratch and with Alessandra the best chef in town from Sicily.
In this 90 minute virtual experience, your team will take a head-first look at Italian food and highlight the importance of getting into a process. Gnocchi Party is an easy, all-round experience for your team to unleash their culinary skill sand get creative around some basic ingredients you could find in any supermarket.
• Soft wheat flour or bread flour (00; 0 or T65; T55)
• 1 EGG (Medium size; fresh and free range)
• 500 gr of potatoes (old potatoes or mountain potatoes basically with red skin to peel off)

• Fine salt to season gnocchi
• Salt flakes or sale grosso for pasta water
• Black pepper
• Nutmeg
• Water
• Put your potatoes into a large pot filled up with water and cook them for about 30mins before the class takes place
• Have all your equipment and ingredients ready (I will talk you through all of them to set up your pasta station and organise your mise en place)

Alessandra then trained as a professional Pasta Maker in Italy, Padua and Bologna, before launching her own pasta venture. After several years selling out delicious food experiences and workshops both in London, Italy and Lisbon, she is now also sharing her knowledge through e-learning courses and virtual online classes as well as providing consultancy for restaurants around the globe.
