Kombucha: You will learn the science and craft of kombucha brewing, from observing the signs of successful fermentation to experimenting with different flavors. Once you make your first brew, you never will have to purchase kombucha ever again!
Tempeh: You will learn the science and craft of tempeh, from the Rhizopus mold and the different types of legumes and pulses used to make tempeh, to incubating your tempeh successfully. If you and your party are looking for a new and healthy plant-based addition to your diet, tempeh is it!
