Grace period: free cancellation within 24 hours of booking deposit or confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the event start time. After that, cancel at least 14 days prior to the event to receive full refund (minus booking fee).

It was well structured, lead and timeings were good! The questions were a good level of difficulty (things you almost know). The only problem was our guide was a little uninspiring, and she even mentioned she was off to work afterwards and it was 9am in her timezone which, for a fun team evening event, kinda killed the vibe. She also used very american references (as a very international team based in Berlin, not many of understood these) and it would've been nice if we could've given our background and/or chosen a theme for the questions (in what direction we wanted the quiz to go so it felt a little more individual). Otherwise, it was easy to book and accessible for all the team. But it was not super impressive, and I think we will not be likely to choose activity this again.
