I have also amassed an intensive knowledge of the best of Belgium's breweries and beer festivals. I visit Belgium frequently, developing contacts within the industry to ensure that my guests enjoy the best Belgium beer experiences possible.
In a previous life, I was a member of the Quality team at Fuller’s, London’s oldest brewery. I also delivered brewery tours at its Griffin Brewery in Chiswick, welcoming visitors from the UK and overseas. I have hosted tutored beer tastings for many years, and have a thorough knowledge of beer – from grain to glass.
