Learn How to Juggle Like a Pro

What you'll do

Learning how to juggle is a fantastic way of improving your hand-eye coordination, reflexes, and it's also a good way to learn how to deal with frustration, all of it while having fun. Work on the exercises that lead to learning how to juggle three balls, and after that, they will start learning tricks and the simple mathematical notation they have (siteswaps) with the help of a juggling simulator they can use on their computers.

Three balls/beanbags. They can be purchased online, in some stores, or you could craft your own using rice and balloons. There are a lot of tutorials online for that. Just make sure they are all the same size and about the size of a tennis ball. The teacher can give advice on where and what to buy, if that's your preference. For the first classes you can use socks, tennis balls or something similar until you get better props.

I've been juggling since December 2006, very motivated by the sport juggling scene, and always very passionate about teaching, so a couple of years later, I started teaching my first workshops and having my own classes.

I started teaching in schools in 2013 and love to see my student's progress. What I always tell them is that making mistakes is perfectly fine and that they should use them to their advantage, and learn from them.
