The success of the wines from this winery allowed us to keep growing by opening more wineries along the Duero River wine regions and later in other excellent wine regions. Nowadays, we own 10 wineries in 6 different wine regions in Spain. Bodegas Familiares Matarromera is a family owned wine company and one of the most prestigious producers of Spanish wines, carrying a winemaking tradition from our ancestors since centuries ago.

Guillermo did a wonderful job. He brought energy and a wealth of knowledge about the wine, region and history of both. We were incredibly impressed.
