Cheese and Vino Wine Tasting

In this one-hour guided tasting experience, we’ll explore the wine region through the wines of the boutique producer of your choice.

This is a structured, educational (and fun!) class where Brianne gives attendees step-by-step instructions to make them a better wine taster. We’ll walk through: looking, smelling, tasting, and then drawing conclusions about the wine.

Attendees receive a small-format tasting set of wine (4-5 wines, 2 oz each) plus 2 cheeses (4 oz each) to be expertly paired with the wines. As well as a tasting sheet and tasting mat. There will be time for Q&A throughout the class. Brianne’s goal is to help you drink better and up your wine game!

Choose from one of these four boutique wine producers:

• Stoller: one of the largest and most sustainable vineyards in the Willamette Valley.
• Madrigal Family Winery: a Mexican-American owned winery in Napa making big, bold New World wines.
• Camins2Dreams: a female/BIPOC/LGBT producer sourcing grapes from the Sta. Rita Hills of Santa Barbara
• Spirit Horse Vineyards: a female owned winery based in Napa Valley.
