This wellness workshop, led by an award-winning holistic nutritionist, will support your team in the development of a strong set of seasonal self-care practices that will leave them feeling healthy & grounded throughout the holiday season.

Topics will include nervous system regulation, nutrition tips and building a simple mindfulness practice, all with the goal of helping to support your team through the busy holiday season.

This workshop will leave participants feeling supported and empowered in their seasonal self-care practices, and is complete with a self-care e-book that will expand on the topics covered.

Your 60-minute virtual wellness workshop includes:
