I've been taking group exercise classes since 2014 in numerous Health and Fitness clubs, as well as privately across London prior the Lockdown. In addition I've been organising, hosting and co-hosting various fitness events. Since March 2021 I've been delivering fitness classes and personal training sessions via Zoom and Instagram Live. These include live classes and events for corporate clients and fitness organisations.
