Modern life is busy. We are in a constant state of rushing from one thing to another. It gets worse now that we are confined at home and often sitting for hours on end - the place you spend 8+ hours a day. The practice of yoga provides a repairing benefit for these ailments, thanks to the practice of a series of postures, we can direct these exercises to relieve these painful and tense areas, as well as helping to notably reduce the mental stress that we accumulate throughout the day.

Beatriz Moro teaches yoga because she believes it is the tool that human beings need to achieve happiness. She has lived through her own experience, and that of her students, substantial transformations towards a better quality of life. Through yoga one obtains a deeper connection with oneself and one's environment.

Beatriz Moro is an international Madrilenian. In 2011, as soon as she gets the official RYT500 hours certificate as a Yoga Teacher, she starts working at Sunstone Yoga in Dallas. There she teaches daily to dozens of students while continuing to instruct and practice with great teachers like Nicole Shaw and David Regelin. It is in Texas where she trains in Vipassana meditation with Master Goenka and his assistant teachers. There she also receives the title of Prenatal Yoga Teacher with Cheryl Johnsosn.

After 5 years, and pregnant with her first child, she moved to Edinburgh where she began to work in Tribe Yoga, teaching Hatha Yoga, Asana Development and Prenatal Yoga among other classes.

Finally she moved back to the USA, Georgia where she deepened her practice of Ashtanga Yoga and Universal Yoga with Carolyn Petramale. The daily practice of Ashtanga Yoga drives her to strengthen her knowledge by obtaining the title of Ashtanga Yoga teacher with David Keil and rocket yoga with David Kyle.
