I felt comfortable enough to be an active participant during this session, which can be challenging to achieve with remote meetings in my experience, so thanks and kudos for that! This was interesting, interactive and stimulating, with changes of pace/varied activities to keep us involved. The main thing that surprised me, although I might have simply missed it, was not to hear about adrenaline and whether/how it may be related to adrenal glands when those were mentioned. Anyway, a quick web search sheds light on this :)
